There will be a Special Board Meeting Tuesday August 30, 2005 at 6pm at
TrekNorth to take action on the following Agenda items.

1. To Fill the two open teacher positions on the Board. (open meeting)
2. To vote on the candidate selected by the hiring committee for the position of Full-time Director. (Closed Executive Session due to personnel matter)
