The hiking trip is on their last long stretch home after visiting their third national park, Theodore Roosevelt, where they saw a petrified forest, wild horses, bison, and gorgeous landscapes.
They are exhausted, smelly, and ready to not sleep in a tent. But we are all leaving having grown in patience, perspective, and resilience.
