The varsity choir has returned from their adventure to see live musical theater. Not only did they get to see Jesus Christ Superstar, but they also got to explore the pier in downtown Duluth. Come see them channel their inner musical theater this March during their concert!

6th grade had a good night and a great breakfast at Deep Portage! Yesterday most of us climbed the rock wall and went fishing. Today we will learn about survival, look for animal signs and do some nature journaling. Staff was really impressed with students willingness to try something new, taking advantage of opportunities they are given and the compassion they are showing each other.

The TrekNorth healthy snack stand is open for business! A variety of items will be sold at the beginning of each quiet study hour. Items will be $2 or $1 each. Exact dollar amounts are preferred. Proceeds go to fund Student Council Leadership Events.
Yearbooks are now on sale. Prices are as follows: $30 until February 5th, $35 until February 23, $40 until March 15th. There will be a small amount of extra yearbooks ordered and will be sold on a first come basis at $40. Cash or check may be accepted and given to Tara or Kirby, specify for yearbook.
JH skiers show such resilience. When they fall they get up, no matter how snowy and cold they get! When they break a pole they don't give up! And best of all they the keep skiing and smiling : )

JH skiers had a fun week braving the cold. We started skate skiing! We enjoyed a freshly groomed skate deck, relay races, sunset skis and freshly groomed Montebello Trail. And hot chocolate is always a great way to warm up. Smiles all round!

A group of our Trek High Schoolers have wrapped up their
stay at Long Lake Conservation Center. Yesterday was full of adventure and activities. Today we had an orienteering race in chilly temps below zero! We are exhausted but had a blast!
The Lake Vermilion ski trip is heading home from their adventures. They spent a ton of time outside, embracing multiple forms of skiing. Lots of adventures, fires, and laughs!
